terms of service

by commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

important

  • provide clear references of what you want

  • i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason

  • i have the right to post the commissioned artwork on any of my social media, but you can request a delay

  • give credit to me as the artist when sharing the commissioned artwork and never claim it as your own

  • using my art for NFT and AI is strictly prohibited

i will not draw

  • nsfw

  • mecha

  • furry (kemonomimi is OK)

  • armor

  • hair, clothing, or weapons with complex details

  • gore (mild gore is OK)

  • hateful content

feel free to inquire directly about whether i can fulfill your commission

usage

  • the commissioned artwork is for personal use only

delivery

  • commissions will be completed within 2-4 weeks of placing the order

  • any potential delays in commissions will be announced in advance

  • finished commissioned artwork will be delivered via email

payment

  • payment is accepted through paypal invoices only

  • the currency for transactions will be in euros (€)

  • full upfront payment

refunds

  • the client can only cancel the commission if i haven't started it. if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued

  • i have the right to cancel a commission and provide a full refund at any time, typically if i am unable to complete the work

revisions

  • you can request adjustments as long as it's reasonable. however, there will be extra charges if it's a big revision
